I'm still eating the Advantage bars a few times a week. They don't seem to have affected me much, but I've read enough hear to know that alot of people have not been so lucky.
I've had a few stalls along the way (the longest was about 4 weeks) and found that going to the KISS approach has been really effective in getting things moving in the right direction again.
Not sure about the net carb thing, but if it works for you I say go for it!
