Thanks Meg for taking the time to post this info. I think everyone should be given this when they start Atkins. Thanks Ice and Tom too.
The only thing I kinda disagree on is the 20 carbs I still think net of fiber is ok. If I understand it correctly Dr A revised it because he felt it did not affect weight loss whether it was 20 including fiber or 20 net.
