I have done that so many times "ok I start back tomorrow" and then eat wendy's. and then do it the next day and the next day. the thing is, simply, you NEED TO GET PAST THE FIRST 2 OR 3 DAYS. After that it's a piece of cake (or LC cheesecake! lol).
