Miss: Sometimes induction can make us feel uncomfortable as our bodies make the changes and we adjust to eating a completely different way. But I have never heard of chest pain or heart pounding associated with induction in anyway. I would definitely call my doctor and get this checked out. It just doesn't fit into the normal effects of induction.
