MJ, one line that has stuck with me from the Dr. Phil book is that our feelings come from the way we talk to ourselves. I've found that my stress attacks come on from my thinking about how helpless my situation is. When I try to change my view from hopeless to challenging it really lifts my spirits. I also find being around people and doing fun things even though I don't "feel" like it, or getting myself engrossed in a good uplifting book helps.
The rain falls on all of us, may you have a wonderful growth spurt when you're thru it.
