OoO is oil of oregano. I hanen't found any yet but it is supposed to be good for your motabilism. I can use all the help I can get.
Do any of you exercise? I think it's time I started but I need a bit of motivation. I have lots of equiptment thats full of dust and clothes. Treadmills make great hangers don't they?
