I don't want to drop in and preach or anything, but youur situation seems SO similar to how I dealt with my feelings!! I've found a real wealth of information in the Dr Phil book. Although I've had a couple of lapses lately, I'm getting back on track by going over it again. The 7 Keys link in my sig would give you an overview. It's helped me weather some stressful things without letting myself gain the weight back.
