When I feel frustrated I try to do something positive, like exercise. That way I feel like I am doing something good for my body, and also helping weightloss along. I try to think before I grab a snack, ask myself if I am hungry or if this is emotional (stress, boredom...etc). Drink water.....lots of it! Best of luck!!!
