Hi Sugar,
When I first started this diet I found myself sleepless as well. I found myself awake way early in the morning. Things have not changed much but I find myself heading to bed earlier (and getting a bit of exercise there, if you catch my drift) and awake at 6am (a bit more exercise!) and enjoying the day way more than sleeping in til 8am! Sunrises are something I had never experienced before either. I am enjoying less sleep.
