I've been low carbing since Jan. 04, smoke free since March 04. The only time I get cravings for a smoke is when I've bindged on carbs. Otherwise this has been the easiest time to quit smoking. I only had one day of nicotine fits after I quit cold turkey while doing the Atkins. If I eat pizza, my only low carb weakness (5 times since Jan), guaranteed I'll want a cig.
