That's one of the reasons I like posting in this forum BAM even though I didn't have a 100 pounds to lose (more like 60). When you start off over 200 (for me) and see others who need to lose about 20 or so you get discouraged.

Everybody's weight loss is important to them but it is nice to have a spot were you fit in
