I make lettuce wraps alot...I use grilled chicken, steak, chicken salad, (whatever) and wrap the meat, 2 or 3 raw asparagus spears, a bit of arugala, bacon crumbles,and mayo or ranch inside 2 big lettuce leafs. Also, a recipe I posted here for a chicken and brocolli bake is great either heated up or cold on a bed of lettuce. Quiche with salad is good too.
