Emeraulde, I calculate your BMR at 1706
1706 x 1.4 =2388
2388 x .85 = 2029 a day
Stay right there. (1.4)
You only need to adjust your BMR as your weight drops. So in a few weeks run the calculator again at a lower body weight.
I think 1.4 is a good adjuster for your activity level.
I am using 1.4 and lifting 3x a week and HIIT.
