This morning I am at a solid 325, I've been battling with that extra 1.5 pounds I gained on the weekend eating frankenfoods and strawberries. So, I am back on course and although I doubt I meet my planned 5 pound lose by Friday I hope to lose something between now and then.
Elisann thanks for the food information, I set up a fitday plan and I am going to experiment with different ratios until I find the one that works for me...I forgot fitday was so handy.
Hey how is the rest of the group doing? I hope you guys are seeing a positive results on the scale.
