Yes, she is very anti-fat, and was advising listeners when frying (if they had to fry) to use a "dry pan" i.e. no fat in it, or at the worst if you cook in fat not to eat it. No wonder people think I'm barking mad! We have a lot of ground to make up here. Will keep in touch.
