I responded to this in your gym log ...
But, you could get away with 36 hours of carb up, but I wouldn't go shorter than that. So, if you did a Friday evening workout ... carb up Friday after the workout ... all day Saturday ... and then go back to LC on Sunday.
Kinda takes the fun out of it, but Lyle McD advised a 36 hour carb up in his book. I perfer a slightly longer carb up, as I think it makes muscles fuller and more pumped, but that's just me I guess.
Try the 36 (or so) hour and see hour it feels.
