MadCabbit, I originally bought it because I am also in maintenance and was thinking it would be a good way to add carbs. I do find the cereal tastes good. There is a small amount of added sugar -- still I wonder why products are introduced for LCers with sugar. I guess they are focused on traditional taste test results.
