Hi everyone.

Still hanging my head in shame from my silly cheat.

Ok i'm back on track now though! I was very good yesterday and feel much better for it. Luckily the cheat had no effect on weight so that's good. Phew! I am DEFINITELY not going to cheat this week. Congrats to everyone who made it through the weekend cheat free!

Ok sis i'm walking to the corner for my 4 min now to dry and think about what i did! No treats for me this week.
