I am looking at everyones experience with improving lipid profiles and just think, we know that it is NOT fats that cause high cholesterol or triglycerides. However, they get blamed for this problem. I feel that in those who have problems with their cholesterol or triglycerides on this WOE, probably, have other problems with the arachidonic acids and not the fats.
