the same thing happens to me. I lose a few pounds and then the very next day their back. Im not sure if it has something to do with water and how much I drink the next day, but whatever I lose always seems to return for a couple of days. Just give it a few days and they'll be gone for good. Your meals sound good and I wouldnt change them.
