Default What';s for lunch? Saturday, Dec. 1

Got some great dinner ideas last night. So what's for lunch today?

I'm having the second half of what I had yesterday -- 1/2 cup chicken salad (very rich, mayonnaise AND sour cream, and No Bad Stuff) on half a bag of baby romaine lettuce (which was wonderful.) No other dressing needed.

This will give some of you your laugh for the day -- I am not a salad eater. I'll eat them in a restaurant, but never prepare them at home. Well, blush, they certainly are filling, aren't they? For a month, I've been hungry within two hours after my LC lunches -- hamburger patties, a steak or chop, etc. Yesterday, this small, simple salad lasted 5 hours.

This is definitely vegetables month
