that's happened to me as well since my stomach has a way of its own. the next meal i had that made my stomach and body feel great was this:
a piece of salmon fillet fried in coconut oil, seasoned with lemon and pepper.
lots of spinach fried in oil with a dash of lemon and seasonings.
a couple of stalks of celery, sliced.
the celery really helps my stomach and satisfies something for me. ya never know, but good luck!
i had lots of garlic last night at this great thai restaraunt, so i'm suffering a bit as well this morning
