me! i dont have a scale. im gonna "weighin" for the 1st time next week at the dr... started almost 7 weeks ago. i know i've lost inches because i've dropped sizes. im so excited to see how much i've lost. (and a lil scared too) i, too, dont want to be discouraged by a fluctuating scale or become obsessed with it, but i think im gonna buy one next week because it really is a good tool imo. at the moment, im unable to calculate my bmi or any of that, so, i think i need 1.
