I really love the regular vanilla, hazelnut, and caramel. The raspberry is great in italian sodas and on cheesecake pudding. I have a bottle of the french vanilla but the taste seemed funny compared to the regular vanilla and I personally didn't like it. Ditto for the gingerbread, which to me tasted like watered down mock maple syrup.
