Basal Caloric Intake
I read an article on countcarbs.com-good site- about a basal caloric intake depending on your sex, ht, wt, and age. Mine is supposeddly about 1457, this is the basic amount of calories I need to function. It lookes like I'm supposed to keep my calories between 1457 and 1657. I was wondering if anyone has read this article and agrees with it? It sounded interesting to me.
