Sunday: Treadmill for 45 min./Bike for 30 min./Yoga for 30 min./Abs for 10 min.
Monday: Treadmill for 45 min./Bike for 30 min./Abs for 15 min.
Tuesday: Treadmill for 25 min./Abs for 15 min.
Wednesday: Treadmill for 45 min./Bike for 30 min./Abs for 15 min.

Thursday: Treadmill for 30 min./Bike for 30 min./Abs for 15 min.

Haven't done any Yoga in four days. TOM, TOM GO AWAY!!!! Also slacked off on the 'mill a couple times. I've got two days left this week, and I remember setting some weekly exercise goals....
