I'm going to give it a try if after I tweak my Atkins plan some and start exercising more, I don't get down another size (my goal is only ten lbs/1 size away!) in a month or so. Do you think it would be detrimental to "heller" for one day every week or so? Eat basically no carbs all day then have a reward meal?
