Vanity, cross-training is the bomb for performance! You'll LOVE what it does for you. I couldn't BELIEVE how well I could crank up hills on my bike after I started working my quads to death in the weightroom. Totally blew my husband away when I first blew past HIM (doesn't happen anymore - he works HIS quads now LOL!)
