Hello everyone!!

I have worked out for two days in a row. Starting a record again. It sure does feel good!!! I haven't got to read anything on resistance training yet. Thanks for the info Dawn. Hopefully, I can have a little quiet time today to look at some of the sites after everyone is in school this afternoon.

My weight today was 167. I have managed to bounce around this number for awhile. I carb load and then work my way back down to 167. I am planning to work it down beyond this point this week and see if I can keep my cheating under control.

Looks like it is scheduled to rain on and off today and most of tomorrow so I doubt I will get to do any yardwork in the next few days. I was hoping to cut the lawn and get some more walking in while I cut. The gardens are coming along slowly but I hope I will eventually catch up with some of the weeding. I can't wait to put in some annuals so I can get some more color. I guess in the meantime I will work on my bug jar quilt.
