i must agree with you. i'm thinking of ditching the scale. it never makes me happy. even if it said 5 lbs. less, i'd look in the mirror and find something wrong with me. i weighed myself for the beginning of the low carb project, version 2, but will not until the project is over.
the scale has never been my friend, and i doubt it ever will be. i refuse to let an inanimate object rule my day.
