I was one of the lucky ones that Kay shared her recipe with before posting... This is definitely the best low carb "machine" bread recipe I've tried...it even has flax seed. It's almost "I can't believe it's low carb bread". The first time I made it, it rose so high in the oven it touched the top element...and I had to quickly adjust my oven racks. Seems to be the perfect touch....letting the machine do the kneading and the "oven" doing the baking.

I'm very appreciative to find this recipe....especially this time of the year....when it will be so nice to have a sandwich on a hot day.

Not sure what success I'll have with buns....but I'm going to try making buns (i.e. hamburger).

Two of my friends who also low carb tried this bread...and really liked it as well...., so Kay thanks for sharing your recipe with the rest of us!!!
