Ruby Tuesday has made some changes to their low carb menu. They have some new entrees, such as New Orleans Seafood and a Turkey dinner. They have a couple of new sides, snap peas and zucchini.

Also, for their steaks, the carb count on the menu is now only for the meat. Since you choose the sides, you now add them in separately. Hopefully, this will avoid some of the past confusion about carb counts. Also, both carb and calorie counts are now listed on the menu.

They've also changed the carb count on the mashed cauliflower from 7 g net carbs to 9 g. It looks like to me that what they have actually done is increased the serving size in this. Their servings at my local Ruby Tuesday on cauliflower used to be rather small; today, it was at least 50 % bigger.

The carb and calorie counts for the new menu can be found at http://www.rubytuesday.com
