Im putting this in the sweets section I consider it a sweet

Another accidental recipie This tasted like a pancake(even looked like one) with a very small taste of peanut butter,with something on the pancake you may not even taste it.
This makes one pancake Im not sure on the carbs if someone would like to figure it out that would be great, also depends on the peanut butter I think,maybe 3-4 carbs

1 Egg
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
4 packets of artificial sweetner (or use splenda not sure on the measurement tho)
Mix all ingrediants together VERY WELL it thickens a bit after you stir it.
Microwave until it looks cakish(no runny egg) in a non stick bowl or dish
Top with your choice of toppings....
