You are right fridayeyes, I did the math too. If I maintained my muscle, and lost 17 pounds of fat to be 150, I would be 11.4% body fat.
I'm at a total loss of what to do. What should my workout routine consist of to lose fat and get toned. I'm still training for this marathon in October.
