Wow is this stuff good and only 3-4 net carbs per serving! And sweetened with splenda! The only drawback is the little chocolate carmel cows are sweetened with sorbitol, but there are not too many in the ice cream. If you are able to get Kemps ice cream, GO and get it! Sorry to seem so excited, but now I am able to make LC milk shakes (kemps LC vanilla+ Carb countdown Chocolate Milk=good)
