Thanks for the compliment and your insight LC. This diet is certainly full of surprises and I'm learning new things about my body all the time.

Is eating at night time good/bad for my metabolism, should I keep doing it/stop it? Whatever happened to the "eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a pauper" theory?
