I just came back from a week in Jamaica, and I maintained my weight even though I ate a ton of food, and drank enough alcohol to float a small yacht.
I just stuck to the protein and veggies, ate a huge omelet for breakfast, and stayed away from the sugary stuff.
It's not that hard! I mean, would you rather have a nice piece of fish or a glutinous old potato?
I had told myself that, if I slipped, I would just pick myself up and carry on. But I only had half a dessert the whole week.
