I just got back from a vacation to Disney, and I had decided before I go that I wasn't going to worry about it. I would do the best I could, but I wasn't going to beat myself up if I decided to have a treat.

Things went well, I had a treat when I wanted one, and overall I made good choices. I actually lost a pound while we were there!!

Just have a great time, and don't worry!!
