Flax seeds are not digestable by humans, Flax meal is.

Oops that's what I meant, flax meal.

Fish oil supps ? I get Fish Oil Omega 3 at Wal mart pretty cheap.
I used to "burp" fishy taste at first but I find that is you take it first thing in the AM and then eat it helps.


Something to look forward too..."burping" Will pick up some today.

How about this: use olive oil in your salads, fry in coconut oil

Thanks Built I'll try switching from Olive oil to Coconut oil for fry.

I suspect that newly-used muscles get a bit inflamed, though, and this inflammation is basically your tissues holding water. It WILL pass as the lactic acid works its way out of your muscles, and as it leaves, the water will also.

My muscles aka fat are definately newly-used

On the other hand, I lost over 30 pounds of fat in my first year on Atkins.
