I woke up 2 lbs lighter this weekend after I decided not to stress over my cal intake.

Things I would do. Increase water to a gallon a day. Yep you heard me.
I will do that jagbender as I don't have a hard time drinking water
try adding Flax oil for fat and calories.
I use flax seed on my food but not oil and I cook with Olive oil, should I change over to Virgin Coconut oil?
are you taking Fish oil Supplements?
No I'm not can you recommend a brand. I can't stomach the taste of fish, tuna, salmon However I do like lobster
You might want to shift from the Sat fats to the high Omega 3 fats.
Which means eating fish right? ewe! Will the fish oil supplements provide the Omega 3 fats?
