Lemonade has sugar. I drink lemon water for which I only count the amount of carbs in the lemon...about 1 per half a tiny lemon. Just adds a kick to the water. PLus it helps clean you out. Try just adding lemon juice instead of listing Lemonade on Fitday..that shold give you a more accurate count.
