From what I understand, it's OKAY to have a big appetite, and as ladibug has said, if you stick with the low carb stuff, your appetite will decrease. I'm sorry about your relationship - that's got to be hard with such a young child.

Just stock up on all that great meat, spices, lettuce (preferably romaine or leaf lettuce rather than iceberg, for fiber's sake), eggs, cheese...it's okay! You don't have to starve yourself.

If you feel like you're just constantly craving, perhaps it's in something you're eating. Can you write out a couple examples of what you're eating (and drinking) in a day? Be sure to include the salad dressing you're using, coffee, creamer, artificial sweeteners, etc.

Keep your chin up, hon, it'll get easier.
