I'm holding steady at 287, so no weight loss for me this week That was a 3 pound loss last month. I have got to start exercising more. Need to get that number up to about 8! I'm not quite ready to eat less. I'm sure this month was low cause of all the liquor I consumed while in Tahoe! I think I had between 10-15 drinks daily! Oh yeah I can hold the liquor, even while low carbing
