Hello.
I'm on week 2 of Induction. I would like to get the santa fe chicken salad from Applebees for lunch today - without the tortilla chips and guac. Basically that leaves a salad of salsa, sour cream, grilled chicken, romaine, shredded cheddar cheeses, and mexi-ranch salad dressing. Does anyone know anything about this salad? Would it be okay?
