Well I've been on the Atkins diet a few times before and i know it works and i feel really good when im on it. my prob is I CRAVE SUGAR!!!!!! Does any one have any help for this horrable problem?
I weigh 229 and am 5' 4". Please tell me i can do this and that u will be there to support me thru cause my husband and kids couldn't careless about the atikins diet and will not support me at all in this.
