"Atkins friendly" BS. I don't buy that crap, and I'm kinda upset about atkins name being attached to a lot of that stuff, it's all chemical. This diet is supposed to be about non processed, natural food. I have yet to buy anything with the atkins brand on it, I think it's totally a for profit venture and is absolute crap.
