Congratulations on your new way of eating! I've been lc'ing for a year and five month now (with an accidental 2 month holiday fall from the wagon! ) but I just joined the forum today. If you can get through the first 2 weeks you've got it made. After your body adjusts to it's new diet you'll feel great! I hope you have the Induction success I had - 17 lbs in 14 days.
