Well, I'm starting the LC way again. Originally began 4 years ago, lost about 40 lbs, and gradually strayed. I'm back to my original starting weight and hope to get back to business beginning tonight. Atkins has worked for me before and, hopefully, will work again. Heavy work schedule, but hope to be able to visit this board from time to time. Good luck to everyone!
