We can give you a time frame as far as what we've experienced but we can't possibly tell you, oh it'll take you 6 months cause it may take less or longer.

Plus there's the fact that one's you get closer to goal the weight also slows down.

I've lost 100 pounds in 6 months but who's to say you or anyone else will do the same. Take it as it comes and enjoy it and don't look back.
