i understand it is better than those other diets that make you starve all the time, but i miss fruit...
ok, here is question, since i am in low carb diet when i go to work out, i don't really have energy, and my trainer said that i need to consume carbs as well for energy, and here is the question:
in which was is it better to eat carbs?
